Make a vintage camera web app that adds a variety of vintage filters. It should allow capturing a real-time image using the device camera, or have an option to upload existing images from the local system. Keep the web app theme retro, vintage and minimal. Create necessary specs and tickets.

I’ll create planning artifacts rather than code: a compact product / technical spec and implementation tickets for the vintage camera app. I’m going to inspect the workspace briefly so the specs match the project shape instead of assuming a stack.
